Making Hospital Stays A Bit More Entertaining
Distractions not only help reduce pain and stress for your littlest patients, but they also help families feel more connected during extended hospital stays. With access to smart TVs, streaming services and other media, families can maintain a sense of normalcy, allowing parents to stay emotionally resilient and better support their children. For medical staff, calmer, more engaged families mean better communication and collaboration in care.
Our goal is to revamp 4 rooms plus a Common Space (estimated cost is $8,000 to $15,000.) By supporting the addition of smart TVs and an entertainment system in the Pediatric hostel rooms, you’ll help create a more comforting and homelike environment for families staying long-term while their child receives care.
