Frances LeBlanc

Frances grew up in Moncton, and after a hiatus in Ontario returned to establish roots in 2015. Upon her return, she committed to reinvesting in her community and been doing so both professionally and personally since. Accordingly, Frances does not shy away from challenges and loves to work in complex environments, which is why she was thrilled to join the team of The Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation in November 2024.

Frances completed undergraduate and graduate studies in psychology at the Université de Moncton, a Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and the Master in Public Policy, Administration and Law at York University. She completed several certificates in management, administration, and governance. Prior to the Foundation, she worked as Chief Executive Officer of Hospice Southeast New Brunswick, Chief Executive Officer and Registrar of the New Brunswick Chiropractors Association, and Senior Manager of Government Relations for the Canadian Chiropractic Association.

Frances also serves several organizations including as Chair of the Salvus Clinic, Governor of the Collège Communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, member of the Social Inclusion Committee for the City of Moncton, Director of The Community Incubator to name a few. Her passion for community is evident and has been recognized for her work provincially and nationally.
